[Notice] 2023Year-end and 2024New-year Schedule

Please be informed of changes in our operation schedule during the Year-end and New-year holidays. Holiday schedule will apply from 30th Dec (Sat) until 3rd Jan (Wed) as below. Regular operations will resume from 4th Jan (Thu).

*Non-direct DHL service area where Sagawa express and other third party covers, there will be different time schedule.

・Sagawa Express: From 1st Dec (Fri) to 4th Jan (Thu), please make pickup reservations by the pickup cut-off time on the previous business day.

*Some of our services such as Express 9:00/10:30/12:00 are to close earlier in the year end. For more information, please call DHL Customer Service. (0120-39-2580).

*Order cut-off schedule of DHL Service Points are subject to change during holidays. For more information, please call DHL Customer Service.

・Last day of year-end reception : 26th Dec.2023 (Tue), by each Service Point pickup deadline

・Starting day of New Year's reception : 5th Jan. 2024 (Fri)
