[Notice] Charge for paper invoice and registration of MyBill

As part of its commitment to the environment, DHL has decided to charge for mailing paper invoices issued after September 1, 2023, and to fully transition to electronic invoicing.

 ■Commission Name : Printed invoice

 ■Starting Date : September 1, 2023

 ■Invoice fee : 462 yen per invoice (420 yen + 10% tax)

In order to receive electronic invoices, you must be registered with the "MyBill" invoice management tool.

Flow

1. If you are not registered with MyBill and wish to switch to electronic billing

2. If you are already registered with MyBill and wish to switch to electronic billing (stop receiving paper invoices by mail)
